Frist create a new document , size 500*200 and put textures
text 1 : live him normal
text 2 : change mode to linear dodge
text 3 : change mode to Hard Light
text 4 : change mode to overlay
text 5 : change mode to Screen
text 6 : change mode to Screen
text 7 : go to Image > Adjustments > Gradient Map and click ok(dont change any thing ) and change mode to Multiply

text 8 : change mode to Color Dodge

you got this result :

thin put you player in the right place

copy the layer of player 3 times
original layer : click Ctrl + Shift + U
layer 2 : live him normal

layer 3 : change mode to Screen

finaly put name of player as your like...
